Shipping Policy

Every TerraPeeps piece is packed by hand in Dubai and shipped with care. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order will reach you.
1. Delivery timeframes
- Dubai: 1–3 working days.
- Rest of the UAE: 2–5 working days.
- GCC (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar): 5–10 working days.
- International: 7–21 working days depending on destination and customs.
Orders placed after 2pm GST are processed the next working day. We do not ship on Fridays or public holidays.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your delivery country and cart size. You’ll see the exact fee before you pay — no surprises.
- UAE flat rate: AED 25.
- International flat rate: AED 120 and up, depending on weight.
- Free shipping thresholds may apply — see checkout for the latest.
3. Carriers
We currently work with Aramex, DHL, and local UAE couriers depending on destination. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow it door-to-door.
4. Customs & duties (international)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and clearance fees in the destination country. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
5. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery — the second shipping fee will be at your cost.
6. Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please email hello@terrapeeps.com with your order number and any photos of the damage. We’ll investigate and replace or refund as needed.
7. Sustainability
Our packaging is designed to be minimal, recyclable, and (where possible) reusable. We’re constantly working to reduce our footprint — thank you for supporting a slower way of shipping.
