“TerraPeeps”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the TerraPeeps brand, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can contact us at hello@terrapeeps.com.

• You’ll use the site lawfully and in good faith.
• You’ll keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for any activity on your account.
• You won’t attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape or misuse the site or its APIs.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or harm the community.

• All bookings are confirmed only after payment (or, for retreats, after the required deposit) has been received.
• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during booking (name, email, dietary notes, emergency contact).
• Places at experiences are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• If an experience is cancelled by TerraPeeps, you will be offered a full refund or a place at an alternative date.
• You participate in TerraPeeps experiences voluntarily. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have any medical concerns before joining physical or breath-based practices.

• Prices are shown in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include VAT where applicable.
• Availability is subject to stock. If an item is out of stock after your order, we’ll refund or offer a substitute.
• Shipping costs and timeframes are shown at checkout — see our Shipping Policy.
• Ownership of physical items passes to you upon delivery. Risk passes to you when the courier hands over the parcel.

Payments are processed by our partners (currently Ziina and Stripe). Please refer to their terms for details of how payment data is handled. TerraPeeps does not store your card or wallet number.

Digital downloads (e.g. guided audio, journals, digital experiences) are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell or share access with third parties.

All content on this site — imagery, copy, brand marks, video and layout — belongs to TerraPeeps or its content partners. You may share links to the site freely, but please contact us before republishing any content elsewhere.

Our experiences promote wellbeing but are not medical treatments. Nothing on this site or provided at a TerraPeeps experience should be considered medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.

To the extent permitted by law, TerraPeeps’ liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Dubai, unless required otherwise by local consumer-protection laws.
